Seamonkey-2.13 fails to build under ppc64. Some binaries created
at compile time (and required to complete the build) sigsegv by unknown reason.

Previous version of 2.12.1 is compiled fine, but never tested, since the maintainers have no any ppc64 machine around them. :(

Since seamonkey is a new package for EPEL6, it is better to not provide ppc64 build at all (for now), assuming there are not such more users of SeaMonkey under ppc64 arch...
