Description of problem:
"kon" which is console program with Kanji capability equip colorlize feature also.

But there are no "TERM kon" entry in /etc/DIR_COLORS.
Then the output of ls command is not colorlized.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run kon on console
2. run ls

Actual Results:  monochrome output...

Expected Results:  colorlized output...

Additional info:

kon is included in "kon2" RPM package.
TERM name of kon is "kon" as below
  $ echo $TERM

Note: kon will not run on frame buffer.

kterm (multi-lingual terminal emulator for X) is also colorlizable and 
there are no kterm entry in /etc/DIR_COLORS.

The TERM name of kterm is "kterm".
