Description of problem: 
In KDE 3.1, many configuration options are gone. 
KDE Control Center misses lots of options (look & feel, input devices, ...) most are gone. 
Moreover, Konquerors configuration also lacks lots of options: cookie management, javascript 
management, proxy, ... In fact, the only options still left are those covering the file browser 
functionality, all web browser config options are gone.

1. Click K 
2. Chose KDE Configuration Center

Most options are gone...

Previously, they were options to configure mouse speed, keyboard language, window behavior,

please upgrade kdebase 3.1-0.9 and redhat-menus-0.30. It will fix this problem
