Description of problem:
Alt-Left Click Drag is Broken

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.4.3

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hold mouse pointer over window.
2. Press and hold left ALT key.  
3. Click left mouse button & drag.	

Actual Results:  Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  Window should move while dragging the mouse.

Additional info:

Using metacity-2.4.3-1 from Rawhide.

Moved to Windows+leftclick

(configurable if you want to move it back to Alt)
