Are you able to reproduce the crash ?
If so can you describe exact steps that lead to the crash.
I'm not able to figure out what has happened.

Not able to reproduce crash.
I add the printer again and the error was not present.

I haven't found a way to reproduce this.  self.device is set whenever a device is selected from the list, and the Forward button is not clickable until a device has been selected.
