CA throws unload() exception in catalina.out file while restarting

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install and configure CA 
2. Restart CA Server

Actual results:

SEVERE: Servlet castart threw unload() exception


Expected results:

It should not throw any error.

Just to note,  this doesn't affect any of the CA functionalities. I guess this is more like an unwanted log-message.
