This bug has been fixed in upstream.

I am trying to reproduce this bug to verify
but I cannot reproduce following steps.

Could you give me more detailed steps?

- which application
- you need to hit a space or enter before moving the cursor?

I am testing on 
$ rpm -q ibus-pinyin
