Description paul 1999-09-29 04:55:33 UTC
Dell Inspiron 3500, D-Link DMF-560TX eth/modem

cardmgr, when run from rc5.d/S45pcmcia, does not
successfully load 8390, pcnet_cs, and serial_cs.

However, if I kill it and rerun it manually from
a root shell, it loads these modules fine. I'm not sure
where to look next. Syslog output from the S45pcmcia
invocation:

Reinstalling RH 6.0 made the problem go away (I don't know why)
