Description Gary Case 2008-07-08 23:13:52 UTC
Description of problem:
Group views can be modified to display a column called Read Events. This column
shows the number of updates in a ticket that have been read by the current user.
The current implementation of this code is too computationally intensive,
resulting in timeouts/proxy errors if the column is selected for display. Also,
the code does not treat public/private updates differently, so New Events and
Read Events numbers will be off for external users.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to IT.
2. Add Read Events to group view
3. Timeout or proxy errors occur.
Actual results:
Timeout or proxy error

Expected results:
Functional Read Events column that takes into account public/private nature of
ticket updates.
