Description of problem:
top reports wrong memory usage of big memory process

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a big memory using process
2. run top
3.
  
Actual results:

top - 17:06:08 up  2:43,  7 users,  load average: 0.15, 0.11, 0.09
