Description Rajith Attapattu 2008-06-30 20:53:29 UTC
Currently the management module counts dequeue stats when a message is
delievered not when it is dequeued. (Thanks Gordon for looking up the source on
this).

So I suggest we renamed the current dequeued stat to "delivered".

Also we should provide a consumed message count (that is messages that have been
acked and dequeued from the queue) as "dequeued"
