Description of problem:
glib2 built with -fopenmp has broken clock_gettime.
like below

/home/jigorou/development/seamonkey/seamonkey-bin: symbol lookup error:
/lib/ undefined symbol: clock_gettime

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
glib2-2.17.2-2.fc10 (local build with option -O0 -fopenmp)

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. build glib2 package with -fopenmp
2. use a application(seamonkey), or build package(gtk2)
Actual results:
like below

/home/jigorou/development/seamonkey/seamonkey-bin: symbol lookup error:
/lib/ undefined symbol: clock_gettime

Expected results:
works fine with -fopenmp

Additional info:
I'm using gcc-4.3.1-2.

Not a Fedora problem. Our rpms are not built with -fopenmp
If you want to see this problem investigated further, please
file an upstream bug at against glib, and 
attach config.h and config.log.
