Attachments (Terms of Use)

Description Chris Bredesen 2008-06-12 18:40:22 UTC
The file attachments page contains no reference to FTP dropbox usage. As a
client, I would like to know that there is an option for >49MB attachments and
what that option is.

The attachment pages could clearly display FTP dropbox data and link to
instructions for its use.

Optionally, a Java applet could be included that facilitates drag and drop
support for FTP with zero manual process required by the user. There are many
open source ones available that work reasonably well. Since this is the JBoss
portal, it is a fair bet that Java is installed on the client machine.

We should not be publishing a FTP dropbox on the case page. This should be on a case-by-case basis.
