Description of problem:

While trying to register my newly installed rhel5, there will be the following
error displayed:

Error Message:
    Registration failed: RHN Software Management service entitlements exhausted
Error Class Code: 91
Error Class Info: Registration token unable to entitle system: maximum
membership exceeded
     An error has occurred while processing your request. If this problem
     persists please enter a bug report at
     If you choose to submit the bug report, please be sure to include
     details of what you were trying to do when this error occurred and
     details on how to reproduce this problem.

How reproducible:

retrying the registration in rhn, with rhnreg_ks or via gui......

Steps to Reproduce:
1. retrying the registration

error message

Expected results:

system registered in rhn

Additional info:

- subscription runs until end 2008 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS (Basic))
- no systems actually registered (my old rhel4ws was deleted)
