Description of problem:

Install fails with KeyError: 'America/New_York'

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to install.
2. After selecting partition information ...
Actual results:

I fixed this yesterday, but we haven't rebuilt anaconda yet.  We'll probably do
that later today.  Thanks for the bug report.
