Description of problem:

Selinux policy not allowing Squid's cache manager (cachemgr.cgi) to work.

How reproducible:

Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:

Access http://localhost/Squid/cgi-bin/cachemgr.cgi 
Actual results:

Fails to work with below in the audit.
