Description Moritz Barsnick 2007-02-21 10:51:08 UTC
Description of problem:
The description of the cobbler package is full of backslashes at the end of
every line.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
(and older ones - I haven't checked the devel branch for newer packages though)

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qp --qf "%{DESCRIPTION}" cobbler-0.4.2-0.fc6.noarch.rpm
Actual results:
Backslashes to be seen.

Expected results:
No backslashes to be seen.

Additional info:
I assume this is somewhat related to bug #225050. ;-)

Ever looked at other SPEC files, how they do it? Ever verify your own build
results? Just wondering. SCNR.
