Description of problem:
Lately, named (bind-9.3.4-2.fc6) has starting writing the following message in to syslog upon restart:

Feb 12 11:06:30 a88-115-202-179 named[7216]: D-BUS dhcdbd subscription disabled.
Feb 12 11:06:30 a88-115-202-179 named[7216]: D-BUS service enabled.

This gets picked up by logwatch generating the following warning:
