Description of problem:
On a Dell Latitude X300, pluggin in the power cable causes gnome-power-manager
to report that my battery is fully charged.

The tooltip reports that there is 5 mins remaining, as does the extended info.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a battery powered laptop
2. Unplug power cable
3. Watch for gnome-power-manager notification
Actual results:
Notification isn't correct

Expected results:
Should show still charging

Additional info:

When fully charged, no additional notification occours

Should be. It certainly does not happen for me on my ACPI laptop or iBook anymore.
