Description Scott Dowdle 2007-02-09 05:07:18 UTC
Downloaded ktorrent-2.1-7.fc6 and noticed that the download, upload and search
tabs that used to be across the top of the window are now gone. Yeah, there is
a groups pane now... but I have enabled the Search plugin but there doesn't seem
to be a search widget anywhere to get to it.

I deleted my ktorrentrc file just in case it was a conflict between a 2.0.x
config and the new 2.1... still can't find the search.

Please check if there is any additional module pane in the bottom left corner.
Compare it with this screenshot:
http://ktorrent.org/images/screenshots/KT-normal-o-status.png
There you see the logviewer in the bottom left corner. In may case the search
pane is there as well.

Also, try to load all modules, unload them and load the search pane again.

Comment 2 Scott Dowdle 2007-02-09 14:49:02 UTC
Ok, with a little work... the search pane button did show up at the bottom and
is now accessible.

I did have ktorrent crash a few times when I attempted to load all modules at
the same time... but doing one or two at a time worked fine.

Indeed search is there... so I'll close this bug report as NOTABUG. Thanks for
your help.
