I recently installed Fedora Core 6 and was notified of security updates.  I ran
the software updater, and it crashed due to an unhandled exception.  I tried it
numerous times, and got the same problem.  The info is below:

Same here. Until Jan 24 everything stable. 
Now Pirut crashes, Software updater crashes. 
Installed yumes from command line. Crashes with the same handler.
Command line yum works w/o problems.

I do not think it is a pirut problem.
