nautilius  keyboard shortcut window

Description of problem:
If we open keyboard shortcuts from nautilus menu it opens large size shortcut windows where we need to drag the windows for finding a cross button to close the window

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Virt-manager
2. setup new f30 vm
3. open nautilus
4. open shortcut windows from a nautilus menu from right side.
5. Observer the key shortcut window

Actual results:
- Keyboard shotcut window size is too large 
- unable to find cross/close button easily

Expected results:
- Keyboard shortcut window size should be normal
