NetworkManager kills teamd on assumed device when the link goes down.

 ip link set team0 up; ip link set team0 down; sleep 2
 ip link set team0 up; ip link set team0 down; sleep 2
 ps aux |grep teamd

Actual results:
NM kills teamd
