Description of problem:
After upgrading PyYAML, I started to get warnings from urlwatch

    /usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/urlwatch/ YAMLLoadWarning: calling yaml.load() without Loader=... is deprecated, as the default Loader is unsafe. Please read for full details.
      return yaml.load(fp)
    /usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/urlwatch/ YAMLLoadWarning: calling yaml.load_all() without Loader=... is deprecated, as the default Loader is unsafe. Please read for full details.
      return [JobBase.unserialize(job) for job in yaml.load_all(fp) if job is not None]

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. urlwatch

Actual results:
The warnings.

Expected results:
No warnings.

Additional info:
It seems upstreams applied a patch for this problem on the 21 of March:

Same problem here.

Also I see, there is a new version of urlwatch-2.16 available upstream.
Please update.

Is this package still maintained?
Looks like there are lots of upstream updates.
