Description of problem:
Unable to reconnect the bluetooth mouse after a restart.

Mouse HW: Logitech M337


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1.connect the BT mouse 
2.Restart the system
3.After resuming try to reconnect by clicking mouse or moving.

Note: same device works with the Windows OS (same platform)

Actual results:
Unable to reconnect the bluetooth mouse after a restart.

Expected results:
Able to reconnect

Additional info:
i saw a same bug raised in bugzilla long time back and got resolved.
