Error messages while booting from creaed ISO fiile

Description of problem: Created ISO file cannot be booted

Version-Release number of component: genisoimage.x86_64 1.1.11-40.fc29 @anaconda ; Source RPM  : cdrkit-1.1.11-40.fc29.src.rpm

How reproducible:
Use a ISO source file:

$ file -bsL Fedora-Workstation-netinst-x86_64-29-1.2.iso
DOS/MBR boot sector; partition 2 : ID=0xef, start-CHS (0x3ff,254,63), end-CHS (0x3ff,254,63), startsector 196, 19960 sectors

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Once above mentioned file is mounted and its whole contend copied/pasted to an other location – iso2 –;

2. Create a ISO file relying on execution of that command:

# genisoimage -Jrlvo Fedora-T-29-1-2_U.iso -b isolinux/isolinux.bin -c isolinux/ -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -boot-info-table -V "Fedora 29 -työasema x86_64" iso2/
I: -input-charset not specified, using utf-8 (detected in locale settings)
genisoimage 1.1.11 (Linux)

3. From virt-manager, create and power-on a virtual machine using that created ISO file alternating UEFI and BIOS boot modes.

Actual results:
2. – created successfully; though Nordic characters are printed with errors:

# file -bsL Fedora-T-29-1-2_U.iso
ISO 9660 CD-ROM filesystem data 'Fedora 29 -ty\303\266asema x86_64' (bootable)

3. – boots fail; some errors are produced (see attachment)

Expected results: genisoimage command may be incorrect; if not, since created file is reported with status 'bootable' it could be working that way.
