Custom repository create fails with 'Checksum type Checksum type cannot be set for yum repositories with on demand download policy.'

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a custom repository using below:
 
 # hammer -v -u admin -p changeme --output=csv repository create --checksum-type="sha1" --content-type="yum" --name="XLySoGFKPfzuoMh" --product-id="1" --publish-via-http="true" --url="http://inecas.fedorapeople.org/fakerepos/zoo3/"

 or 

 # hammer -v -u admin -p changeme --output=csv repository create --checksum-type="sha256" --content-type="yum" --name="XLySoGFKPfzuoMh" --product-id="1" --publish-via-http="true" --url="http://inecas.fedorapeople.org/fakerepos/zoo3/"


Actual results:

  Validation failed: Checksum type Checksum type cannot be set for yum repositories with on demand download policy.

Expected results:

 Repository should be create successfully.
