How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Settings -> Displays
2. Set scaling to 200% and keep changes
3. Set scaling back to 100%
4. Hover mouse pointer over activities bar or press super key to go into overview

Actual results:

Mouse pointer will be scaled to 200% size even after scaling has been reset when over the activities bar or when gnome-shell is in overview


Expected results:

Mouse pointer correctly scales back to 100% size after scaling is changed
