Description Kees de Jong 2019-03-11 08:45:42 UTC
Description of problem:
Updated from postfix-2:3.3.1-5.fc29.x86_64 to postfix-2:3.3.3-1.fc29.x86_64. This triggered this SELinux alert. Not sure if critical or not, but I thought it's best to report it.
SELinux is preventing ps from 'getattr' accesses on the file /usr/libexec/postfix/post-install.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests **************************

If you believe that ps should be allowed getattr access on the post-install file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# ausearch -c 'ps' --raw | audit2allow -M my-ps
# semodule -X 300 -i my-ps.pp
