Description of problem:
Upsd is not able to create pid file

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Just start upsd.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. systemctl stop nut-server
2. systemctl start nut-server
3. less /var/log/messages

Actual results:
upsd[17497]: fopen /var/run/nut/ No such file or 

Expected results:
Pid file created.
