Description Andrea Perotti 2019-03-08 09:29:50 UTC
Description of problem:
Customer is migrating from Windows to Linux a file server.

Due to the workflow involved, customer need to be able to allow his final users to set complex permissions (ACL) on the local filesystem where the data now live.

End User are not technical and need a GUI that can guide them and be accessible.

Appears that the `eiciel` package is in the gnome world the component dedicated to that, but is not part of the distribution.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL 7.6 - GNOME 3.28

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
- try to set ACL from Nautilus

Actual results:
No way for doing it

Expected results:
Having access to an advanced page to set ACL, like the one `eiciel` expose

Additional info:
The rebuild of the latest version of the package from fedora to EL7 build without any problem.
