Description of problem: Compliance tab showing some json error while trying to view the policies and systems.

It is showing error :-

Oops! There was an error loading Compliance data. If you need to contact Red Hat Support about this, this is the exact error: 401 Error: Network error: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Please assess the impact of this issue and update the severity accordingly.  Please refer to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity for a reminder on each severity's definition.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set the severity to Low.
