Description of problem:
Shenandoah GC has been made available / GA for some time for those users on RHEL and using OpenJDK 8+.

jvmconfig lab is expected to support this GC and suggest related JVM parameters.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to page: https://access.redhat.com/labs/jvmconfig/
2. Try to select Shenandoah GC while JVM is selected as OpenJDK


Actual results:
Unable to find Shenandoah GC option

Expected results:
Being able to choose Shenandoah GC in "Collector" field
 
Additional info:
Customer support case 02321882 (https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/02321882) is one of latest examples where customer wants to use Shenandoah GC but hitting bugs
