Description of problem:

This BZ has been created based on customer feedback for the CSfR Pilot.
The customer has made a usability suggestion that the table header needs to be static/frozen as a user moves down the table to view more entries. If the table has a lot of data, it becomes a usability to have to scroll backup to view the table header.
