1. telnet tuxserver 80
OPTIONS / HTTP/1.1
Host: localhost


Actual Results:  HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

Expected Results:  HTTP/1.1 200 OK
...
Allow: GET, HEAD, POST, PUT, OPTIONS


Additional info:

Causes failure when downloading files.. which prevents updates/sec
Breaks rpm 4.4.1
