Description Christian Heimes 2018-07-18 11:08:03 UTC
Description of problem:
ipsilon-tools-ipa has a package dependency on freeipa-client. It also expects that freeipa-client provides Python 2 libraries for ipalib and ipaclient. However freeipa-client only pulls in Python 3 libraries since F27.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.1.0-3 and older on F27, F28, rawhide

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install ipsilon-tools-ipa

Actual results:
Installs packages freeipa-client, python3-ipaclient, python3-ipalib

Expected results:
Installs packages freeipa-client, python2-ipaclient, python2-ipalib

Additional info:
The ipalib package isn't enought to use the full plugin API. You need to depend on the ipaclient package, too.

Please consider to move to Python 3 soon.
