Description of problem:
On a popular laptop resolution 1366x768, when I snap system monitor to the half of my screen, using Resources tab, most of the time the app content is not fully visible - some information go beyond the app border and require horizontal scrolling to view them.

Also, the app seems to randomly "scale" in and out of it's window borders, depending on the system values. So one second it's fully visible, and another it's beyond borders again - jumping randomly between the two states.
