boot guest with q35 virtio-scsi-pci
-device pcie-root-port,id=pcie.0-root-port-3,slot=3,chassis=3,addr=0x3,bus=pcie.0 -device virtio-scsi-pci,id=virtio_scsi_pci0,bus=pcie.0-root-port-3,addr=0x0 -drive id=drive_image1,if=none,snapshot=off,aio=threads,cache=none,format=qcow2,file=virtio-scsi.qcow2

Actual results:
Failed as "0 is an invalid value for SerialNumberOffset."

Additional info:
1 Failed log refer to attachment
2 Both failed on RHEL7 and RHEL8
3 Pass with pc chipset
4 Pass with virtio-blk-pci device with q35 and pc

Can we try adding  ",serial=xx..xx"  to the drive options?

After adding "serial=xxx", this case passed. I will close this bug.
