Looking at My Bugzilla Front Page
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/frontpage.cgi), the list of "Issues in
Progress" should include bugs that are marked as ASSIGNED, as this is used for a
lot of things that are in progress. Currently, the query includes those that are
in NEEDINFO, MODIFIED, ON_DEV, QA_READY, ON_QA, FAILS_QA, PROD_READY,
ASSIGN_TO_PM, SPEC, and INVESTIGATE; ASSIGNED seems like it should naturally be
included in that set. This way, when I report a problem and the developer is
indeed looking into it, when it gets set to ASSIGNED it won't drop off my front
page.
