Description of problem:
While setting preferences for profile, in Colours page tab Build-in schemes combo box opens with unnecessary large white space.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open gnome-terminal
2. Got to Edit -> Preferences.
3. Switch to Colors page tab.
4. Uncheck "Use colors from system theme".
5. Set Build-in schemes: option to Custom.
6. Click on now selected Custom combo box.

Actual results:
Option window opens with Custom in the middle leaving large white space below.

Expected results:
Option window opens with no white space and is spacing options to the whole option menu just like when you scroll up to show all options.
