Description of problem:

dhcpd refuses to restart when option option-150 is set.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
[root@dhcp etc]# rpm -q dhcp

How reproducible:

every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add the following line to a dhcpd.conf file:

option option-150 "(nd)/tftpboot/a/file/path";

2. service dhcpd restart
3. cry.
Actual results:
