Description of problem:
I had translated messages for "fa" and have two problems with a message!
On the second tab, Network Time Protocle, there is a message "Show Advance Options".
I had translated this message and it works on first look!
When I click on it, it changes to "Hide Advance Options".
First Problem:
 There is no "Hide Advance Options" in i18n pot file.
Second Problem:
 When I click on it again, it changes to "Show Advance Options", but this time it is english! the translated messages has gone!

system-config-date-1.7.16-2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use program in another language, (I used fa)
2. click on "Show Advance Options"
3. click on "Hide Advance Options"


Actual Results:  See untranslated messages!

Expected Results:  See translated messages!

My fault, I forgot to mark the strings translatable. Fixed in
system-config-date-1.7.17.
