Description of problem:
flac was updated in rawhide which changed the sonames of the flac shared libraries.  audacity needs to be rebuilt to pick up those dependencies.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install audacity

Actual Results:  Yum complains about missing dependencies.

Expected Results:  audacity should have been installed.

I submitted audacity for a new build.

FC-3 version doesn't need a rebuild. Release bump in FC-3 branch is wrong.
