fluxcapacitor is limited to x86, x86_64 and ARM (32-bit). The program operates by intercepting some system calls; porting it to other architectures would require some knowledge on how syscalls are called there.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
