How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. As as admin provision a vm using services.
2. Create a new user with the role EvmRole-reader.
3. Log to self service ui with the new account
4. Navigate to service detail page in My services and click on catalog item name in relationship. see attached screenshot

Actual results:
user is logged out when clicked on catalog item in relationship section in service detail page.

Expected results:
i think this links should be disabled.
