Description of problem:
After upgrading to RHcert 5.4 I see sort of debug information at the bottom of every page in the Web-UI. Is there a way to omit this?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to RHCert 5.4
2. Login
3. Next screen shows the debug messages

Actual results:
See attached screenshot

Expected results:
No such debug information

Yes, on the configuration page (click the icon at the right side of the header bar) there is an option to show/hide debugging information "Enable Debug Output".  Make sure it's not selected.
