Description of problem:
CFME interface lacks a basic functionality which allows customers to manage network configuration of VMs network interface(s). Such functionality should provide CRUD operations on vNICs, attachment/detachment of networks entities (network, subnets, routers and etc).

The only way that I found to configure a vNIC on VM is by provisioning a new one from template. In oVirt/RHV we have such functionality integrated since very early versions.

Additional info:
Please find attached example screenshots on RHV product, and the place where I expected to find the missing functionality in CFME interface.
