Description of problem: after update in 1.0.12 
sendind attachement no longer works  
downgrading to 1.0.9-4  is resolving the problem

I build a rouncubemail-1.0.11 rpm ( only change from 1.0.12 is the source )
wget https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/releases/download/1.0.11/roundcubemail-1.0.11-dep.tar.gz
to test and it's working

fixed in $config['temp_dir']
replacing $config['temp_dir']='${_tmppath}'; by
$config['temp_dir'] = '/tmp';
