Default certmap.conf

Document URL:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_directory_server/10/html/configuration_command_and_file_reference/index

Section Number and Name:
Add a new chapter
> 8. Configuration File Reference
with a new subsection:
> 8.1 certmap.conf

Describe the issue:
Currently, we have no docs about certmap.conf. There are some basic information in the file itself, however this leaves several questions unanswered.

Suggestions for improvement:
Add the new section an describe what the certmap.conf and the parameters within do.

Additional information:
When you install a new instance, the file is copied from
> /etc/dirsrv/config/certmap.conf
to
> /etc/dirsrv/slapd-instance_name/certmap.conf
