Description Kevin Fenzi 2017-11-20 16:55:34 UTC
imagefactory logrotate has:

weekly
rotate 52
compress
missingok
notifempty

/var/log/imagefactoryd.log {
  sharedscripts
  postrotate
      /sbin/service imagefactoryd restart
  endscript
}

But every time it runs it sends root email with:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:

Redirecting to /bin/systemctl restart imagefactoryd.service

So, either change the 'service' call to use systemctl or >& /dev/null that output please. Under normal operation it's not nice to get daily emails with nothing wrong. :)

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
